Riad House Rules

Please respect these rules to ensure a pleasant stay at Riad Bacha Beldi.

General Information

Riad Bacha Beldi is a private residence available for exclusive rental to a maximum of 8 people (excluding infants).

In accordance with Moroccan law, a copy of each traveler’s passport is required.

Any additional, undeclared persons must be reported.

Arrival and departure times

Arrival: from 3:00 PM
Departure: no later than 11:00 AM

Respect for the premises

The Riad is a place of peace and tranquility.

Guests are asked to be mindful of noise levels, especially between 10 pm and 8 am, and to avoid disturbing other guests and the neighbors.

Parties and noisy events are only permitted with the prior consent of the owner and with respect for the neighbors.

Please respect the property, its furnishings, and its decor. Any damage will be charged.

Use of common areas:

The communal areas (lounges, terraces, swimming pool) are available to everyone. Please keep them in good condition and respect the furniture.

Hygiene & safety

Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms. A terrace is available for smokers.

Please respect the safety rules, particularly regarding the use of electrical appliances and locking doors (be sure to lock the doors when you leave the riad). A €25 fee will be charged for lost keys.

Do not leave lit candles or incense unattended.

Bringing food into the rooms is strictly prohibited. We invite you to take your meals in the designated areas (dining room, terraces).

The rooms are cleaned daily. If you have any special requests (linen change, additional toiletries), please do not hesitate to contact the staff.

Pool

Access to the swimming pool is free, but swimming is entirely at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Services & extras

The price includes: breakfast and housekeeping.

Additional services available upon request (and listed on the menu): excursions, airport transfers, private transportation, lunch, snacks and dinner, massages, hairdresser…

Alcohols & drug

Excessive alcohol consumption is prohibited. All drug use is strictly prohibited within the Riad.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in the Riad.

Liability in case of theft or loss:

The Riad is covered by a civil liability insurance policy. However, the Riad cannot be held responsible for the theft or damage of personal belongings.

We advise you to store your valuables in the provided safe.

Staff and else

The Riad staff is at your service to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Please respect their work and treat them courteously.

Guests are responsible for the conduct of their guests and visitors.

Any behavior contrary to public decency and order may result in being asked to leave the Riad without a refund.

Guests must comply with current Moroccan law.

Complaints

Should you encounter any problems or be dissatisfied, please inform the staff so we can find a prompt and appropriate solution.
